Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a VAS Account Director, located in Chandigarh. The VAS Account Director will be responsible for managing key client accounts, leading account teams, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include overseeing project management, building strong client relationships, developing strategic plans, and ensuring the successful delivery of services. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to meet client goals and business objectives efficiently.

• Proficiency in Account Management and proven experience in maintaining strong client relationships
• Strong Team Management and Team Leadership skills to guide and inspire teams effectively

• Expertise in Sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Solid understanding of Project Management to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bachelors degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in telecom or VAS industries is an advantage
