Manager - Finance - CA

Financial Planning, Analysis, and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain an effective MIS for Business to provide timely and accurate financial reports.
- Analyse financial data to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and manage trading profit and loss statements for accurate financial tracking.
- Prepare annual budgets and operating plans for the Business.
Contract Management, Cost Control and Financial Modelling:
- Assist the team in the finalization of agreements and contracts.
- Provide financial insights and risk assessments for agreement negotiations.
- Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with the budget.
- Experience in developing financial models for new projects and business opportunities is highly preferable and will have added advantage.
Revenue Management and Compliance:
- Supervise billing processes and ensure timely collection of revenues.
- Implement effective credit control measures to minimize overdue payments.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations.
- Provide guidance on tax planning and strategies for domestic and international trades.
- Maintain financial documentation and records in accordance with internal audit best practices.
- Ensure accuracy and accessibility of financial documents for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Manage the preparation and approval of purchase orders in the SAP system

Skills/Exp
- CA with 2-4 years exp
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to drive financial performance.
- Strong analytical skills
- Capable of managing multiple tasks
