Role Overview

As a Brand Partnerships Associate, you will play a key role in expanding Rainmaker Consults client base. Youll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and coordinating meetings with the founder. Your work will directly contribute to the agencys growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Outreach

• Identify and research potential brand partners in various industries.
• Reach out to potential clients through emails, LinkedIn, and networking events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

Pitching & Proposals

• Create compelling proposals and pitch decks tailored to client needs.
• Present influencer marketing and PR solutions to potential clients.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized strategies.

Meeting Coordination & Follow-ups

• Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and the founder.
• Maintain a structured pipeline of leads and follow up diligently.
• Track and report outreach efforts and success rates.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience - business development, sales, partnerships, PR partnerships, or influencer marketing partnerships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to create engaging proposals and pitch decks.
• Understanding of influencer marketing, PR strategies, and brand collaborations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva
• Aggressive, target-driven, and relentless in acquiring new leads and closing deals.
