Job Description

    As a Business Development professional specializing in Influencer Marketing, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a strategic business development plan that aligns with our company's objectives and target markets. Your role will involve identifying and researching potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to inform effective outreach strategies. Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and industry influencers will be crucial for generating leads and opportunities.
    You will be expected to engage in outreach activities through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and conferences to secure meetings and presentations. Leading pitch meetings and presentations to demonstrate our agency's capabilities, services, and value proposition effectively will also be part of your core responsibilities. Collaboration with internal teams, including account managers and PR professionals, to develop customized proposals and solutions that meet client needs will be essential.
    Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms of engagement to close deals and achieve revenue targets will be a key aspect of your role. It is important to stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation. Representing our company at events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand awareness and establish strategic partnerships will also be expected of you.
    To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the PR, advertising, or marketing industry. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and convincingly. You must demonstrate the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders at all levels. A results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities is crucial.

    Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools is required. Being self-motivated, driven, and passionate about driving business growth and exceeding targets will set you up for success in this role. Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and events is a part of the job requirement.
