Cash & Bank operation. Bank Reconciliation, Fund Forecast, Vouching, such as Monthly performance reports, Purchase reports. Bulk Material Order, BC MIX Operator, EIP & Concrete Portal, Vendor & Subcontractor bill processing & Payments, Cash-Bank Book Subcontractor bill Booking Process. Etc. Responsibility for Staff Accommodation & conveyance facility handling staff grievance.

JOB PROFILE :• Handling all the day to day Accounting Activities up to Finalization of Accounts.• Handling Petty cash by maintaining details of cash in Excel on daily basis.• Working with Tally ERP 9 for Accounting as well as for calculating the stock in hand.• Preparing the monthly Accounts in Excel.• Bank Reconciliation & Payment Reconciliation.• Experiencing the knowledge of Excise , VAT , Service Tax etc.• Handling Audit of Books of Accounts on monthly basis.COMPUTER SKILLS:• TALLY • Operating System: Windows 98, 2000, XP.• Inteet Browsing.
Key Skills

Basic, Tally 7.2 & Tally ERP 9 with Internet.
