Job Description

The job involves meeting all the patients in the ward, including IPD patients, Recliners, Dialysis, Day care patients, OPD Patients, admitted patients, and discharge patients. You will be responsible for counseling patients, signing nutritional assessments, coordinating with the canteen/central kitchen for patient diets, checking the quality of food given to patients, visiting patients on call/references, and addressing requests and clarifications by consultants. Additionally, you will assign diets to patients after discussing with consultants, ensure correct diets for post and pre-operative patients, and perform any other work assigned by HMS.

Your key responsibilities will include planning the diet of the patients and managing all updates related to patients, consultants, and management. This is a full-time position with a rotational shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of total work experience. The work location is in person.,
