Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and coach a sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities.
- Develop strategies to attract and retain customers, including lead generation and relationship building.
- Define and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maximize revenue through effective pricing, negotiation, and sales strategies.
- Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to senior management.
- Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to align sales efforts.
Requirements
7 years plus of experience, with at least 5 years in the real estate industry.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Strong understanding of the real estate market, including trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and secure favourable terms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices.
Strong network within the real estate industry.
