Job Summary
The IT Expert will be responsible for managing and maintaining the companys IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation of hardware and software systems. This role involves providing technical support, implementing new technologies, and collaborating with various departments to meet their IT needs.
Key Responsibilities
Hardware

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware components including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime.
• 
  Perform regular system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure the reliability and security of the companys network infrastructure.
• Manage network security protocols to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
• Maintain an inventory of hardware assets and manage the lifecycle of IT equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of hardware and related services.
• Ensure compliance with IT asset management policies.
  

Software

• Provide support for enterprise software applications and ensure their optimal performance.
• Develop and maintain in-house software solutions to meet specific business requirements.
• Integrate software applications with existing systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Manage software updates, patches, and version control.
• Implement and manage database systems to ensure data integrity and security.
• Develop and enforce data protection policies and procedures.

Qualifications
