You will join our Building Department
Ramboll is committed to building our business here in the Middle East and to improve our capture rate for projects in the region. We are taking the next step in this regard with the addition of a new Graduate planner

As a Graduate Project Controller, your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Ensuring correctness of projects that vary in complexity from minor to major, making sure that reported figures give a true and fair view of the financial position and managing a complex portfolio of projects with oversight and assistance from the project management team


• Supporting Project Managers and Leads in making solid decisions based on facts.


• Assist project manager in seamless and efficient execution of financial project management support processes.


• Ensuring compliance to project handling policies.


• Assist project management team in managing financial risk related to projects.


• Assist project management team in managing project changes.


• Assist project team in leading project reviews and report project financial KPIs including project risks & opportunities on regular basis.
  


• Excellent command on P6, Excel, Power point etc

QUALIFICATIONS:

Masters or Bachelor's degree within technical/engineering field or Finance/Accounting.

• UAE Nationals preferred

EXPERIENCE:

University Graduate. This person would be based in Dubai and would require to deal with various departments and travel between Dubai, Abu Dhabi& KSA

TECHNICAL/SOFTWARE SKILLS:

• Excellent communication skills are key requirements to build a long-term relationship with the business


• Ability to manage stakeholders (Project Managers for complex project) with supervision


• Ability to proactively work alongside Project Managers and Leads of complex projects in financial decisions


• Clear oral and written communication – attention to detail
