Job Description
- You will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
- Sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, career fairs, and referrals.
- Conducting initial phone screens, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates" qualifications.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Managing the candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Performing background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screenings.
- Negotiating job offers and handling all aspects of the hiring process.
- Maintaining an up-to-date and accurate candidate database in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires and ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
- Staying current on industry trends, best practices, and labor market conditions to inform recruiting strategies.
Qualifications required for this position:
- Education: Master's degree is required.

- Language: Proficiency in English is required.
- Location: Preference will be given to candidates from Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu.
