. Drives initiatives to improve candidate feedback mechanisms, ensuring the recruitment process for operational roles is responsive to candidates needs, especially in addressing income continuity and security ...

. Provides guidance to the team on the design of accurate job descriptions for operational roles that reflect both the role requirements and the companys culture
. Partners with industry associations and local networking events to engage with contingent workers in the area of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail
. Ensures the implementation of advanced analytics and reporting frameworks to track recruitment metrics within Enterprise, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic adjustments
. Streamlines recruitment processes for permanent and contingent workers in operational roles, identifying bottlenecks and implementing changes to reduce time-to-hire without sacrificing quality
. Leads automation initiatives to reduce manual processes in recruitment, improving efficiency and scalability within EnterpriseGrade Descriptor
. Good understanding of procedures and concepts within own discipline and knowledge of these elements in other disciplines
. Provides management and operational oversight to large and/or moderately complex business or technical support team members, potentially including work leaders
. Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion coordinates work activities with other supervisors/team leaders
. Responsible for end results of the team
. Provides input on resource planning, guidelines, processes and procedures
