. Streamlines recruitment processes for permanent and contingent workers in operational roles, identifying bottlenecks and implementing changes to reduce time-to-hire without sacrificing quality
. Leads automation initiatives to reduce manual processes in recruitment, improving efficiency and scalability within EnterpriseGrade Descriptor
. Good understanding of procedures and concepts within own discipline and knowledge of these elements in other disciplines
