- Sources candidates through databases, job boards, and social media and screens applications to shortlist profiles that match client requirements.
- Coordinates interviews, assessments, and feedback loops between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication and accurate scheduling.
- Maintains applicant tracking systems with up-to-date candidate records and status updates to ensure data quality.
- Assists in preparing candidate profiles, resumes, and summaries for submission to clients. Learns digital tools, recruitment platforms, and internal systems to build core technical proficiency.
- Supports onboarding activities by preparing documentation and following up on compliance and background checks.
- Prepares reports on recruitment activity, response rates, and candidate pipelines.
- Handles candidate queries promptly and represents the company professionally to applicants at all times.
- Learns digital tools, recruitment platforms, and internal systems to build core technical proficiency.

- Requires basic conceptual k nowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline
- Performs assignments using existing procedures
- Receives guidance and direction from more senior level roles/manager within the discipline

- Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding
