Required Qualifications & Experience:

 Experience: Minimum 8+ years of professional experience within the recruiting and staffing

industry (RPO/MSP/Agency/In-house).

 Technical & Product Focus: Proven track record in scaling specialized engineering teams

(AI/ML, Data Engineering, Cloud, Full-Stack) and hiring for high-growth Product-based

organizations.

 GCC Expertise: Demonstrated mandate experience in managing talent acquisition for

Global Capability Centers (GCCs), including understanding regional localization, cost-

optimization models, and multi-country expansion.

 Leadership/Niche Hiring: Expertise in executing end-to-end leadership hiring and executive

search strategies for critical portfolios.

 Stakeholder Management: Exceptional experience managing operational-level to

executive-level stakeholders with the ability to influence, coach, and resolve controversial

hiring issues.

 Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present

complex data and market insights with clarity and executive presence.
