What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for our technology clients, focusing on senior-level positions.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for technology clients.
• Source and screen senior-level candidates through various channels.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates' skills and experience.
• Manage the offer process, including compensation and benefits negotiation.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Track key metrics and report on recruitment progress.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in executive recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the technology industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
