. Mitigates reputational risk in recruitment, ensuring that candidate experiences align with the companys brand and values to avoid negative reviews or candidate dissatisfaction ...
. Ensures reporting on talent trends, salary benchmarking, and industry insights to support decision-making
. Leads the resolution of high-level recruitment challenges or crises within Enterprise, such as difficult-to-fill rol es, candidate withdrawals, or client dissatisfaction
. Evaluates and implements new recruitment technologies, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) or AI-based screening tools to be utilized for hiring contingent workers in the area of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retailGrade Descriptor
. In-depth understanding of concepts and principles in own discipline and a good knowledge of these elements in related disciplines
