Production Technician

Job Summary

The Production Technician is a key member of the assembly team, responsible for the precise assembly, wiring, soldering, testing, and final packaging of audio electronics peripherals, including speakers, Bluetooth devices, and headphones.

Role & responsibilities

Precision Assembly and Manufacturing

• Component Integration: Perform precise, assembly of electronic components, enclosures, drivers, microphones, and acoustic materials following detailed schematics and work instructions.
  
• Soldering: Execute fine-pitch soldering and de-soldering on Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) for wiring, connectors, and component replacement, ensuring reliable electrical connections.
• In-Process Inspection: Conduct continuous visual inspection of assemblies for defects such as solder bridges, cold joints, misaligned parts, and cosmetic blemishes.
• Rework/Repair: Perform basic rework and repair on assemblies or components as directed by engineering specifications.
• Tool Usage: Safely and proficiently use various small hand tools, electric torque drivers, heat guns, soldering stations, and specialized fixtures and jigs.

  Get Hired
  Maintenance: Perform daily checks and routine cleaning/calibration on assembly and test equipment.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: 10th, 12th, Diploma and ITI candidates are eligible

Experience: 0-1 year, Freshers preferred
