. Collaborates with IT Architecture, IT Functional & Process Designers and IT Business Partners to understand requirements and translates them into comprehensive design specifications, under supervision of more senior team members
. Actively contributes to the implementation of standards, methods, features and logic for software with small impact on business operations, ensuring alignment with business strategies and specifications ...

. Performs coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting throughout the development process in projects with moderate complexity under supervision
. Implements moderately complex code following best practices and coding guidelines, collaborating with team members to ensure consistency and quality
. Fulfills proper documentation of software design and work with IT Functional & Process Designers to design and implement solution to meet architecture standards
. Executes the defined development roadmap
. Contributes to a development culture that fosters innovation and creativity while delivering high quality products with predictability and reliabilityGrade Descriptor
. Requires working knowledge of own discipline and a basic understanding of concepts and procedures in related disciplines
. Demonstrates knowledge of the company, processes and customers
. Performs a range of assignments related to discipline
. Uses prescribed guidelines or policies in analyzing situations and resolving problems to deliver continuous business results
. Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction may provide informal guidance to new team members
