. Collaborates with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define job requirements for the required roles accurately
. Facilitates debrief meetings with hiring managers to discuss candidate evaluations and make informed hiring decisions
. Maintains regular communication with candidates, updating them on their application status and next steps, while facilitating conversations around job security, income continuity, and career path customization
