you will

• Develop and implement a comprehensive data quality control framework across all business units and regions, focusing on end-to-end data processing.
• Manages relationships with peers at clients, and randstad entities
• Acts as the subject matter expert on data quality.
• Uncovers emerging issues and/or needs and identifies potential causes, related issues, key stakeholders and barriers.
  
• Dealing with complex specialist questions within data quality and data management and giving advice.
  

we expect

• knowledge of databases, data transformation, data analysis, business intelligence, SQL, data management and data quality
• Proven experience (5 years) in data quality management, data governance, or a similar role, focusing on end-to-end data processing.
• Proven people management experience.
