Job Description
Experience : 7 to 12 years
Location : Pune
Department : Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Customer management for North region customers and ensure schedule release (monthly, quarterly, yearly) to HO, coordinate between plant for sales, invoicing, on time payment collection and other concerns.
- Support in new business/new projects acquisition.
- Work with HO for SBP/AOP.
- Competition insights. Customer insights.
- Maintain excellent rapport with customer and work towards 100% customer satisfaction.
