We are expanding our team and looking for a Delivery Manager with expertise in - Business Professional & IT Staffing sectors to lead and optimize our recruitment operations.

As a Delivery Manager, you will oversee service delivery, client engagement, and talent acquisition strategies within a fast-paced, high-volume staffing environment. You will be responsible for managing dedicated teams, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence. Your leadership will directly impact business growth, client satisfaction, and recruitment effectiveness.

In This Role, You Will:

• Oversee the recruitment and delivery process for - Business Professional & IT Staffing engagements.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, account managers, and recruitment managers to ensure timely and high-quality candidate delivery.
• Drive sourcing and screening strategies tailored to the industrys core skillsets.
• Partner with account management, onboarding and client teams to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
• Establish strong relationships with Account Managers, Managed Service Providers (MSP) and Vendor Management System (VMS) partners.
• Conduct daily huddles to prioritize client requirements, manage pipeline coverage, and resolve delivery challenges.
• Monitor and optimize performance metrics, including revenue growth, gross margin, SLA adherence, and client scorecards.
• Be responsible to grow client accounts as well as overall portfolio.
• Adhere to both client and Rangam KPIs.
• Manage a portfolio anywhere from $2M to $10M.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, onboarding requirements, and industry regulations.

• Represent Rangam in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other strategic discussions with key stakeholders.

To Win In This Role, You Need:

• 5+ years of experience in delivery/recruitment management, specifically within - Business Professional & IT Staffing.
• Proven ability to manage Fast Pasted, high-volume contingent workforce programs for enterprise or mid-market clients.
• Experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams in a dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of MSP/VMS staffing models and compliance requirements.
• Proven capability of delivering quality in a timely manner.
• Proficiency in leveraging data analytics and technology for talent acquisition and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• A Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
