Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Jewellery Consultant role based in Defence Colony. As a Jewellery Consultant, you will assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces that match their preferences and requirements, offer expert advice on design options, and create a memorable shopping experience. Your daily tasks include understanding customer needs, showcasing collections, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining display aesthetics. You will also provide after-sales support and contribute to overall sales growth.

• Proficiency in customer relationship management, client communication, and strong interpersonal skills

• Passion for jewellery and an eagerness to learn about luxury jewellery design
• Bachelors degree or equivalent education in marketing, sales, or a related field is preferred
