Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst to drive research, analysis, and strategic decision-making for our AI platform. This role blends market research, product analysis, and user research to shape platform development, partnerships, and customer experience. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, identifying opportunities, evaluating integrations, and ensuring the platform evolves in line with market trends and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Research & Market Analysis (high)

? Research and analyze the AI ecosystem, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

? Identify market trends, opportunities, and risks to guide platform strategy.

? Evaluate third-party services and recommend best-fit integrations.

Partnerships & Vendor Engagement (low)

? Identify, assess, and manage potential technology partners and vendors.

? Lead communications and negotiations with external stakeholders.

? Oversee vendor evaluations, contracts, and integration processes.

? Analyze and validate new feature requests; provide data-driven recommendations.

? Create and maintain product documentation, PRDs, and specifications.

? Translate business requirements into actionable development roadmap items.

User Research & Experience (high)

? Conduct customer research and gather actionable feedback.

? Develop user experience guides and best-practice documentation.

? Collaborate with design teams to implement user-centered solutions.

? Monitor usage analytics and behavior patterns to inform product improvements.

Data & Reporting

? Perform analytics on customer usage and platform performance.

? Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, integrations, and product success.

? Deliver insights that shape roadmap decisions and partnership strategy.

Qualifications

Required

? Bachelors degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.

? 35 years of experience in business analysis, ideally in SaaS, AI, or tech.

? Strong analytical and research skills; proficiency with data analysis tools.

? Experience with user research and UX principles.

? Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

? Understanding of API integrations and vendor evaluations.

Preferred

? Experience in AI/ML or SaaS industries.

? Knowledge of product management frameworks.

? Familiarity with customer analytics tools and platforms.

? Background in partnership development and market research.
