Job Description
- As a Risk Analyst in the Risk Management team, your role involves:
- Monitoring and assessing the daily trades of traders and reporting their activities.
- Guiding, controlling, managing, assessing, and reviewing a group of traders.
- Demonstrating surveillance and compliance knowledge regarding stock markets.
- Assisting in implementing new strategies related to the organization.
- Providing support and assistance to process trainers to train junior traders.
- Experience in handling Risk Management and Risk Changes on higher Volume.
- Familiarity with concepts on equity, derivatives, dividends, bonus issues, and stock split.
- Strong communication and interaction skills.
- Sound knowledge of Corporate Action.
- Proficiency in Excel and generating reports from the database.
- Ability to develop Training Modules.

- Knowledge of the stock market will be an added advantage.
Please note that this position requires in-office presence during working hours with no WFH/Remote option available. The work hours can be in shifts from 1:30 pm to 5:30 am (IST) on a monthly rotational shift basis. This is a full-time, permanent role with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, food provision, health insurance, internet reimbursement, leave encashment, life insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund.
Experience required for this role includes:
- 1 year of experience as a Risk Analyst
- 1 year of experience in US Equity and Securities Market
