Position: Business Operations Executive / Sr. Business Operations Executive

About Rapido: India's leading bike taxi & cab platform, scaling fast in Tier-2 cities. We're building hyperlocal ops teams to boost supply, demand, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• BTL Marketing Execution: Place bike stickers, auto hoods, banners; run on-ground events; track execution to avoid fraud.
• 
  Captain Engagement: Understand basic captain behavior via rides/surveys; organize small meets; invite via calls/SMS.
• Customer Touchpoints: BTL for customers; gather on-ground feedback; track FTUs from activities.
• Data & Analysis: Update daily sheets with captain metrics (rides, payouts); spot easy insights; basic ROI check on spends.
• On-Ground Support: Handle walk-ins, minor escalations; connect with supply/CCC teams.
