Business Development Executive Rapido Parcel
Rapido is Indias largest bike-taxi platform, operating in 100+ cities and rapidly expanding into Delivery, Auto, Cab, and Rentals. We are growing at ~500% YoY and serve 1.7 crore+ active users daily.
We are looking for energetic Business Development Executives to onboard local SMEs for Rapido Parcel and drive repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach local SMEs in assigned areas
Pitch Rapido Parcel services and onboard merchants
Ensure first transaction through timely follow-ups
Build long-term relationships and drive repeat usage
Resolve customer issues and collect on-ground feedback
Execute local branding and marketing activities
Requirements
Freshers or candidates with 1+ year of field sales experience
Any Graduate
Good knowledge of local city geography
Basic Excel and reporting skills
Good communication and negotiation skills
Must be able to speak and write the local language
Target-driven with strong bias for action
