Job Description
- You will be joining the team at Raptor, a company located in Coimbatore & Tamilnadu Territory, dedicated to revolutionizing classroom and boardroom experiences through innovative technology solutions. As a Product Demo & Post-Installation Client Trainer, your main responsibility will be to showcase Raptor's cutting-edge Interactive Flat Panels and other educational technology solutions. Your role will include conducting product demonstrations, providing training to educators and clients after installation, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for our customers.
To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position and possess strong communication and presentation skills. Previous experience in EdTech, AV solutions, or Smart Classroom technology would be advantageous. Additionally, you should be willing to travel for client visits and training sessions.
Your day-to-day tasks will involve conducting product demos, delivering training sessions to educators and clients, collecting feedback to guarantee customer satisfaction, and collaborating closely with the sales and technical teams.
