What Youll Do
Were looking for a skilled and creative Email Marketing Manager to join our team. Youll be responsible for designing and launching emails that look great and drive customer engagement, conversions, and revenue growth. If youre excited about designing high-performing email campaigns without constant guidance, this might be the role for you!
Heres what youll do:
- Design & Launch: Create stunning emails in Figma and launch them in Klaviyo (2-3 campaigns per week).
- Optimize Flows: Build and improve Klaviyo flows that align with Rare Carats products and buying journey.
- Templates: Create a mobile-friendly email template library to streamline the email process.
- Plan & Execute: Manage the email marketing calendar and make sure it aligns with broader marketing goals and seasonal needs.
- Collaborate: Work with the marketing team to develop content, segmentation strategies, and timing to maximize conversions while maintaining great deliverability.
- Stay Current: Keep up with email design trends, best practices, and technologies.
- QA Everything: Test emails across devices to ensure they look perfect and work flawlessly.
- Inspire: Monitor competitor emails for ideas and inspiration.
What We Expect
Youre a detail-oriented designer who can balance email volume, performance, and creativity. Youre excited to lead email design and produce responsive, mobile-friendly templates that align with our brands identity. You work well independently but also enjoy collaborating with a team.
Must-Haves
- Experience: 5+ years in email marketing, preferably in DTC.
- Tools: Proficient in Figma and Klaviyo.
- Organization: Youre great at managing an email marketing calendar.
