Job Description
Role & responsibilities :
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and requests on behalf of the Director.
- Draft, and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Project & Workflow Coordination
- Support the Director in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs.
- Coordinate cross-functional tasks, follow up with teams, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct research, prepare briefing materials, and provide background information for decision-making.
Administrative & Executive Support
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for the Director.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.

- Process expense reports and maintain financial documentation.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting senior leaders or Directors in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
- Ability to anticipate needs and exercise sound judgment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Discretion, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.
