Job Description
- Overview: The Customer Support Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by offering timely and effective assistance regarding our products and services. This role is essential for enhancing customer experience, resolving issues, and acting as a liaison between customers and various departments within the organization. The primary objective is to maintain customer loyalty and promote a positive brand image through outstanding service.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner.
- Provide detailed information about products, services, and troubleshooting steps to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex product issues and improve service delivery.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer service quality.
- Train new team members on customer support processes and product knowledge as needed.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in customer support software and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
- Understanding of injection molding processes, plastic parts, and molds to assist customers efficiently.
- Ability to analyze technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Completion of industry-relevant programs such as NTTF, GTTC, or cipet is an advantage.
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a customer support role, preferably within the manufacturing or plastics industry.
- Skills & Experience:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer engagement and problem-solving.
- Experience in injection molding and knowledge of plastic parts and their fabrication is highly desirable.
- Proficient in handling customer inquiries and maintaining a proactive approach to service delivery.
- Familiarity with molds and molds manufacturing processes to communicate effectively with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
