1. Monthly Training calendar
2. Co-ordination with inhouse trainers
3 .Block trainers calendar as per the entire month plan
4 .Operators Inductions
5 .Co-ordinating for Operators Training
6 .Staff Training Co-ordination & arrangements
7 .Blocking HOD's calendar for the staff induction
8 .HO Inductions co-ordination
9 .HO driven Training co-ordination
10. Maintaining training records
11 .Training MIS
12 .Training BMR
13 .TQM training co-ordinations
14 .Skill Matrix support
15 .Annual evaluation- Operators
16 .Execute Engagement activities

Preferred candidate profile
Edu : Distance MBA - Human Resources Or Part Time MBA in Human Resources .
Exp : 6 months to 1 year in HR
Basic MS - Excel
Good communication skill , Ability to connect with associates on shopfloor.
Plant Location : Vasai - East , Mumbai
