Data Analyst, Sales Operations

This is a remote position.
Rayden Interactive, in partnership with Phreesia, is seeking a Data Analyst, Sales Operations to join our remote team, collaborating on the development and maintenance of impactful Power BI data models, dashboards, and reports. Reporting to the Associate Manager at Rayden Interactive and closely collaborating with the Manager, Analytics at Phreesia, the Analyst will play a vital role in helping stakeholders manage and utilize their data.
Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI data models, ensuring alignment with business requirements for Sales, Client Solutions, and Marketing at Phreesia.
• Create intuitive and visually compelling dashboards and reports within Power BI, utilizing DAX and Power Query skills to deliver actionable insights.
• Utilize advanced SQL skills for comprehensive data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various sources, including ERP systems like Workday and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Integrate and leverage ERP and CRM within Power BI to provide comprehensive analytics and reporting for Phreesias business units.
• Collaborate closely with teams at Phreesia and Rayden Interactive to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Power BI solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation for data models, processes, and analyses for team reference.
  
• Continuously explore and implement process improvements and automation to enhance data quality and efficiency.
  

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required (Applied Statistics/Analytics or another quantitative field preferred)
• 2+ years in a data-focused role, with hands-on Power BI Desktop/Online experience
• Advanced proficiency in DAX and Power M within the Power BI environment, with demonstrated expertise in Power Query.
• Strong SQL skills for complex data extraction, transformation, and loading purposes.
• Working knowledge of STAR Schemas and data modeling best practices.

  Get Hired
  Advanced Salesforce data architecture knowledge and working knowledge of SOQL.
• Experience working with ERP data, particularly Workday.
• Prior exposure to the healthcare industry is advantageous, ensuring familiarity with industry-specific data and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
