Data Operations Analyst

About Us
This is a remote position.
As a Data Operations Analyst, you will be working with the Analytics & Product teams to execute on various analytics and operational deliverables, demonstrating value for Phreesia clients (ranging from small practices to some of the largest health systems in the U.S.) We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, excels at taking data and transforming it into analysis, and has experience using Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and online dashboards
Responsibilities:

• Own the prioritization and triage of ad-hoc queue requests for our Data Services team
• Working with our Customer Solutions team and customers to setup data extract functionality
• Create in-depth knowledge of our reporting products and answer any inbound questions pertaining to said report, updating reporting documentation
• Maintain Power BI reports and ensure that end users are receiving value from them
• Input data into standardized analyses

• Understand how analytics and Customer Solutions teams use existing data to build data sets and conduct analysis
  

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of statistics, statistical methodology, and trends
• Basic to intermediate experience with SQL Server
• Comfortable with very large Excel files and complex formulas (nested if statements, index match, sums of sumifs and countifs across multiple Excel tabs with hundreds of columns and 100,000 rows)
• Ability to QA analysis results and identify errors
