Manager - Finance

Responsibilities:-

• Month close activities completion as per timelines; Variance analysis of costs every month and preparing forecasts for P&L, Capex and headcount; Analyzing major drivers of the variance

• Collating and preparing the data of AOP and LRP for review by the respective functional and engineering leaders

• HFM load of monthly results, forecast, AOP and LRP

• Prepare schedules for Balance Sheet Review (ARMS) and follow-up on aged items

• Assistance to Corporate tax, transfer pricing team on specific transaction related queries

• Provide inputs for monthly PDPR /business reviews

• Preparation / Review of e-CAR with respect to financial data (IRR/NPV/ Payback etc.)

• 

  Prepare decks for AOP / LRP and functional review meetings with Engineering leadership

• Partnering with the business leaders on specific ad hoc engagements and transaction related questions (GST, Indirect taxes, imports etc.)

Skillset requirement:-

• Expert Knowledge of USGAAP, Ind AS (IFRS), SOX and regulations

• Basic knowledge on Indian taxes (Corporate taxes and GST)

• Working knowledge of SAP and HFM

• Working knowledge of Microsoft office tools (Excel, PPT, Word)

Qualification / Experience

• Chartered Accountant with 5 to 9 years of post-qualification experience

• Global MNC experience (including IT / ITES) with matrixed reporting is an added advantage;

• Exposure to SAP / HFM
