What Youll Do
  • Drive B2B sales for Razorpay, targeting export-focused businesses, freelancers, SaaS companies, and service providers.
  • Own the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to closure ensuring a consultative, value-driven approach.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to build pipeline and tailor offerings to merchant needs.
  • Maintain a healthy funnel, build strong merchant relationships, and exceed revenue and activation targets.
  • Stay updated on competitors (e.g. PayPal, Wise, Payoneer) and market trends to craft compelling pitches.
  • Provide feedback to product and growth teams to enhance onboarding and merchant experience.
What Were Looking For
  • 13 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or cross-border/export-focused products.
  • Proven ability to manage sales targets, pipeline health, and revenue contribution.

    Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort with data-driven decision making and tools like Salesforce.
  • A high-growth mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Good to Have
  • Exposure to international payment products and good network in the cross border payments scape
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory nuances in cross-border payments.
