What role you will play in team: Provide support to clients and answer queries related to projects.
What you will do: Assist clients with project related queries and coordinate with internal teams.

- Answer client inquiries via phone and email
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Provide project updates to clients
- Identify and escalate critical issues
- Contribute to the improvement of client support processes
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
