What the role is all about

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on problem solving, takes ownership of features end-to-end, and consistently delivers high-quality software.

We are seeking candidate with good experience in problem-solving ability, code quality, ability to learn and ownership. You will work closely with engineers, product partners, and global teams to design and build reliable, user-centric solutions that scale.

This is a delivery-focused role with opportunities to influence quality, support teammates, and continuously improve how the team builds software.

What youll do

Technical Execution (Primary focus)

• Design, build, test, and maintain production-ready code across frontend and backend systems.
• Own delivery of simple to medium-complexity features end-to-end with minimal guidance.
• Write clean, readable, and reusable code aligned with agreed engineering standards.
• Actively participate in pairing, code reviews, and unit testing to ensure correctness and quality.
• Debug issues independently and deliver fixes that are safe, well-tested, and maintainable.

Design & Architecture (Supporting)

• Contribute to technical discussions by asking clarifying questions and proposing straightforward solutions.
• Apply existing design patterns, APIs, and architectural guidelines consistently.
• Break down work into well-scoped tasks aligned with agreed designs.

System Ownership & Operational Awareness (Foundational)

• Take responsibility for the stability and correctness of owned features in production.
• Respond to defects and operational issues within owned areas with support from the team.
• Follow established practices for logging, monitoring, and alerting.

Delivery & Collaboration

• Support sprint planning by providing accurate estimates for assigned work.
• Track progress on owned tasks and communicate risks or delays early.
• Work effectively within agile delivery rhythms and team processes.
• People & Team Contribution
• Support junior engineers through pairing, explanations, and constructive code reviews.
• Contribute positively to team culture through collaboration, openness, and respect.
• Seek, reflect on, and apply feedback to continuously improve technical and delivery skills.

Who were looking for

• Strong foundation in full-stack software development with hands-on experience.
• Experience building applications using modern backend and frontend technologies
• (for example: Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React or similar).

Get Hired
• Ability to learn new languages, frameworks, and tools as needed.
• Experience working with relational and/or non-relational databases.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of unit testing, TDD concepts, and software design best practices.
• Basic understanding of web application security principles.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS or equivalent).
• Ability to work independently on scoped problems while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Clear communicator who can explain technical decisions and ask for help when needed.
• Solutions-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn and improve continuously.

Bonus points for

• Experience operating systems in production at scale.
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code practices.
