Job Description
HR Operations
- Implement consistent HR strategies aligned with ISP and local regulations, covering recruitment, staffing, performance, compensation, benefits, compliance, safeguarding, and employee relations.
- Manage daily HR functions including hiring, onboarding, training, performance appraisals, and policy compliance.
- Maintain HR data and generate reports on metrics like turnover, hiring costs, and training hours.
- Oversee staff attendance, leave records, and collaborate with Finance on payroll processing.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Lead end-to-end recruitment: job advertising, candidate screening, interviewing, reference checks, offers, contracts, and onboarding.
- Manage ADEK and Ministry approval processes in coordination with PROs.
- Ensure all new joiners are fully onboarded into ISP, ADEK, and internal systems.
Compensation & Benefits
- Administer pay structures, review salary benchmarks, and manage individual pay actions.
- Oversee staff benefit programs, claims processing, and policy implementation.
Payroll
- Coordinate monthly payroll by tracking attendance, deductions, stipends, and new joiner details.
Organizational Development
- Support change management and performance culture initiatives in collaboration with ISP and school leadership.
- Advise on organizational structure and development strategies.
Talent Development
- Coordinate and track internal/external training for all staff.
- Manage coaching, mentoring, and professional development programs.
- Partner with leadership to align training with school and ISP goals.

Administrative & Compliance Support
- Assist Principal with policy updates, ADEK compliance, and HR-related administrative functions.
- Maintain updated HR documents like the organization chart and HR handbook.
- Report health and safety concerns and support implementation of related policies.
Health & Safety
- Promote and enforce school-wide health and safety standards for staff and students.
- Assist with student conduct procedures and ensure a safe school environment.
