Requisitos
Responsibilities:
  • Identify & Qualify Opportunities: Create, identify, and qualify new sales opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement: Reach out to existing and potential customers daily to generate new opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients, securing new business in assigned accounts or regions.
  • New Business Acquisition: Expand our client base by acquiring new logos and opening doors with targeted accounts.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Control the entire sales cycle from initial customer approach to contract conclusion for new customers.
  • Negotiation & Coordination: Lead negotiations, coordinate decision-making processes, and overcome objections with the support of the pre-sales team.
  • Feedback & Improvement: Provide feedback to senior management to enhance sales processes, increase sales, and bolster company brand and reputation.
  • Product Knowledge: Offer insights and overviews of our products and solutions tailored to customer needs and usage scenarios.
  • CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer contacts in our CRM system.
What we require?
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in International Business Management.
  • Experience in sales of IT Services and Software.

    General knowledge of the IT industry is a must, with experience in low-code platforms considered a plus.
  • Understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends.
  • Background in prospecting to IT decision-makers is required.
  • Experience with Telecom transformation projects.
  • Familiarity and knowledge of Salesforce CommsCloud is highly advantageous.
