Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Relationship Manager to join our team in Bhubaneswar. This is an on-site role, where responsibilities include building and managing relationships with clients, understanding their property needs, and providing personalized real estate solutions. The role also involves driving sales performance, overseeing sales processes, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management
- Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and effective client communication
- Basic knowledge of Finance as it relates to real estate transactions
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Understanding of the real estate market, especially in Odisha, is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
