Implementation Analyst II

The Asset Optimization Implementation Team is responsible for bringing on new clients and implementing RealPage products for new and existing clients. Every individual on the team plays an important role in the success of client implementation processes. We are successful as a team when our clients are successful.
WHAT YOUâLL DO:
As an Implementation Analyst, you will be responsible for working with internal clients analyzing requirements and gathering deliverables to successfully complete the implementation, assisting internal customers as needed, gathering appropriate data or content, coordinating with other departments, and serving as a subject matter expert for implementation best practices on the product or service you are supporting
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
deploying product in to production using SQL and other inhouse tools.
Build and maintain relationships with Professional Services team members to ensure successful implementation.
Communicate the possible issues in a timely manner.
Manage and schedule time to meet implementation QA goals and maximize department profit.
Promote a positive professional image of RealPage internally and externally.
Provide superior customer service to all internal and external customers.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
2-3 years of experience.
High School diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor degree in computer science or related field preferred
Intermediate knowledge with SQL database queries is required ( need to run & write the queries)
Some familiarity with command line processing is preferred
Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word and Internet Explorer
Demonstrated ability to quickly analyze and troubleshoot issues
Ability to learn and utilize new procedures and processes quickly
Able to work with little supervision, but knowing when to escalate problems
Flexible, detailed, and able to successfully accept change
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with customers during high-pressure situations
Strong customer service and organizational skills required;
strong conflict resolution skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline and customer oriented environment
Above average interactive, planning, time management and detail skills
Must be able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
Highly motivated, self-starter
Flexible to work overtime when needed
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Familiarity with RealPage products, other property management software, or the property management industry is preferred
