Job Description
As a RealPage Director Product Management, you are a senior-level strategic leader accountable to lead and own the vision, strategy, execution, and customer value delivery of one or more products. You will manage and mentor a large team of product managers and report to the VP, Product Management.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and mentors a larger team of Product Managers
- Leads and owns 1-2 products or strategic product area within a portfolio (steps away from day to day and focuses on people mgmt)
- Managing team budget and financial impact
- Creation of product vision, strategy, roadmap
- Product lifecycle strategies (migration, sunset…)
- Driving Product Introduction & Launch Readiness, including Enablement (multiple)
- Product Impact & Customer Engagement (discovery, user groups) - multiple
- Industry and Conference speaking and thought leadership for targeted product line (s)
- 9-12 or 12-15 years Industry specific domain experience and/or business/PM relevant
- 5+ or 7+ years management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
