About the Role
Were seeking a highly organized, data-driven CRM & Sales Operations Manager to serve as the business owner for our Go High Level CRM platform across the Realty and Mortgage businesses.
In this role, youll bridge Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Technology to ensure every lead is tracked, every automation runs correctly, and every follow-up happens on time. Youll drive system performance, enforce accountability, and identify opportunities to make our customer journey even smarter and more seamless.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys optimizing systems, connecting teams, and turning data into action.
What Youll Do
- Own CRM performance. Administer the Go High Level CRM platform across Realty and Mortgage, ensuring accurate data, seamless automations, and reliable workflows.
- Design and optimize workflows. Identify and implement process improvements that enhance conversion, timeliness of outreach, and customer experience. Create and maintain documentation of all active workflows.
- Enable accountability and visibility. Build reports and dashboards that provide leadership with clear insight into activity, conversion, and performance.
- Partner across functions. Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Technology to align campaigns, data, and integrations.
- Test and improve. Conduct A/B testing of communications and automation logic, delivering insights that drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure data integrity. Maintain documentation, conduct regular hygiene checks, and enforce compliance across users.
- Train and support users. Establish and champion CRM best practices for loan officers, real estate agents, and internal teams.
- Increased conversion of leads to qualified opportunities through better visibility and timely follow-up.
- Improved customer experience driven by accurate data and coordinated communication.
- Higher operational efficiency through automation and streamlined workflows.
- Consistent reporting that enables data-driven decision-making across leadership

- 3-5 years in CRM management, sales operations, and/or marketing automation.
- Hands-on experience with Go High Level or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
- Experience collaborating across Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
- Real estate or mortgage experience preferred.
- Resourceful, organized, and accountable; thrives on turning complexity into clarity
