About the Job:
We are looking for a Project Manager Finance to oversee and drive critical financial projects from inception to completion. This role will support the CFO in financial reporting, budgeting, legal compliance, and project management. S/he will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of finance operations, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient financial processes, and supporting strategic initiatives to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute finance-related projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Assist with financial tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and legal teams to streamline workflows, enhance processes, and implement financial systems/ tools.
• Analyze project requirements, develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and monitor project milestones.
• Coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance, and support the CFO/Executive team with legal filings and contracts.
• 
  Act as the key point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and issue resolution.
• Track project progress, measure outcomes, and prepare status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and cost optimization within the finance domain.
• Ensure projects comply with relevant financial regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
• Conduct research and prepare reports on financial and legal matters as required.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA would be a plus).
• 3 -5 years of experience in finance project management, with a solid understanding of finance operations, processes, and systems. The candidate must have had exposure to legal matters.
• PMP, Prince2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
