Job Description

Position: Human Resource Manager

Location: Mumbai

Type: Full-time, Onsite

About the Company

goGlocal.com is in the global e-commerce space on a mission to revolutionize exports from India by empowering Indian merchants and brands to scale internationally through a comprehensive export platform.

We are seeking a HR Manager with 4-7 years of experience in building and maintaining startup teams. The ideal candidate should have experience designing sourcing strategies, recruiting for mid-to-senior-level positions, and focusing on building and maintaining a diverse and talented team.

Key Responsibilities

I. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-tier talent.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels (social media, networking events, job fairs, professional groups, etc.) to identify and engage candidates, particularly for mid-to-senior-level positions.
  • Conduct preliminary screenings and interviews to assess candidates suitability, cultural fit, and compensation alignment.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices to ensure a diverse and high-performing workforce.

II. People & Culture Development

  • Design and implement initiatives that promote an inclusive, engaging, and high-performance company culture.

    Develop and execute employee engagement programs, including surveys, feedback loops, and actionable improvements.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous development.

III. Employee Relations & Performance Management

  • Serve as an advisor to employees and management on HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Oversee performance management programs, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Develop and manage employee wellness initiatives to support work-life balance and job satisfaction.
