As the Partnerships & Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead at Trade Pe, you will lead the GTM strategy and build strategic partnerships to drive growth and expand our product offerings. This role spans market strategy, partner development, execution, and revenue acceleration. Youll work closely with the CEO, marketing, and product teams to scale Trade Pe across key markets and customer segments. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in banking and payments and can engage senior banking and enterprise partners to deliver scalable, value-driven financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
- Partnership Strategy: Identify, negotiate, and manage high-impact partnerships with banks, fintechs, trade bodies, and other ecosystem platforms.
- GTM Planning & Execution: Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and customer segments.
- Revenue Enablement: Collaborate with sales and product teams to create scalable channels and drive partner-led revenue growth.
- Strategic Operations: Optimize onboarding, integration, and co-marketing with partners to ensure value realization and alignment.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators to measure success and improve strategic partnerships.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Align partnership and GTM goals with product, marketing, technology, and legal teams to ensure operational efficiency.
- Voice of Market: Gather competitive intelligence, customer feedback, and partner insights to inform product and GTM strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in partnerships, GTM, business development, or strategy roles in fintech, trade finance, or banking.
- Proven track record of launching new markets/products and building successful partner ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of cross-border payments, trade finance, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments or startups.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
