The company is an AI Copilot for Workforce Housing, serving enterprises, relocation companies, and insurance carriers. Its intelligent procurement platform simplifies sourcing, booking, and managing employee accommodations at scale.
It delivers speed, control, and cost-efficiency through curated, safety-vetted inventory and 24/7 support. The company is a 14-person, seed-funded startup operating at post-PMF stage.
It is building something genuinely new in the corporate housing space.
Position Overview
Were looking for a Marketing Manager to own the companys digital presence, brand identity, and lead generation engine. Youll build and execute marketing programs that drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for our enterprise sales pipeline. This is a high-ownership, zero-to-one role at a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup where your work directly impacts revenue.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and email to generate MQLs for the enterprise sales team
- Build and manage the companys brand identity — tone of voice, visual guidelines, messaging, and positioning
- Create and manage content marketing assets — blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and landing pages targeting enterprise buyers
- Run and optimize paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) with a focus on pipeline contribution and CAC reduction
- Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics — MQLs, CPL, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
- Collaborate with the sales team to align on ICP targeting, messaging, and lead handoff processes
- Manage company social media presence and build organic reach within enterprise HR, Global Mobility, and procurement audiences
Must Have Criteria
- 3–6 years of B2B digital marketing experience with direct ownership of MQL generation targets
- Hands-on experience running LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns targeting enterprise decision-makers
- Proven experience with martech tools including a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent), Canva, and Figma

- Experience building or managing brand identity — messaging frameworks, positioning, and content strategy
- Proficiency in Google Analytics to track and report on MQLs, CPL, and campaign ROI
- Experience creating B2B content assets — blogs, case studies, and landing pages — for enterprise buyers
Nice to Have
- Prior experience marketing to enterprise HR, procurement, or Global Mobility teams
- Experience at an early-stage startup (Seed to Series B) where you built marketing from scratch
- Familiarity with PropTech, SaaS, or the corporate travel/housing industry
- Experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush to drive organic growth
