Job Title: AI/ML Security and Responsible AI Lead

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, recommend, and implement security measures to protect AI/ML systems and data.
• Lead the development and deployment of models and techniques focused on explainability, privacy, fairness, and mitigating bias in AI models and Generative AI.
• Build architecture for AI trust, security, and compliance, ensuring adherence to regulations and industry standards.
• Implement AI/ML risk management practices, addressing issues like bias, drift, explainability, and variance.
• Develop AI agents and RAG-based AI models for secure AI practices.
• Manage AI/ML lifecycle security through MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow), and deploy Responsible AI frameworks on-premise and in the cloud.
• Design and develop NLP applications with Responsible AI principles, such as semantic web, machine translation, sentiment analysis, and document classification.
• Stay updated on AI/ML security threats, vulnerabilities, and countermeasures.
• Monitor model performance, adjusting for accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead incident response activities related to AI/ML systems and perform forensic analysis.
• Establish KPIs, access controls, and monitoring strategies for AI/ML workloads.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Circle CI, and Airflow.
• Ensure code quality through tools like SonarQube and DEEPSCAN.
• Oversee the containerization, deployment, versioning, and testing of models.
• Mentor and lead a team of MLOps professionals, ensuring smooth collaboration and project success.
• Educate and train team members on AI/ML security best practices.
• Provide strategic AI/ML security advice to clients and manage AI/ML services integration within enterprise architecture.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, Gen AI, and ethical hacking practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R) for AI/ML, with expertise in AI compliance.
• Experience addressing compliance concerns (Bias, Drift, Explainability, AI fairness) within AI/ML, particularly in the financial industry.
• Familiarity with platforms like H2o, Rapidminer, Sagemaker, Llama3, GPT-4, Falcon, etc.
• Expertise in Deep Learning, Recommendation Systems, and Reinforcement Learning.
• Knowledge of open-source tools such as MLFlow, Fairlearn, and AI security frameworks (Microsoft, Google, NIST).
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, On-premise).
• Understanding of Gen AI prompt engineering techniques (N-Shot, Chain of Thought).
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CEH, AI-specific certifications, ISO/IEC 42001).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic advisory skills.
