Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Co-founder to spearhead business development and recruitment client acquisition. This is a leadership role requiring deep expertise in recruitment sales, strategic partnerships, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial leader who shares Recruds vision and is passionate about transforming the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development & Client Acquisition: Build and expand Recruds client portfolio by securing recruitment partnerships with enterprises, startups, and hiring managers.
  • Sales Strategy & Market Expansion: Develop and execute a growth-oriented business strategy, identifying new markets, industry trends, and client needs.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Establish long-term relationships with decision-makers, HR leaders, and CXOs, ensuring Recrud becomes their preferred hiring partner.
  • Revenue Growth & Profitability: Drive revenue by optimizing pricing strategies, service offerings, and value-driven recruitment solutions.
  • Brand Positioning & Thought Leadership: Represent Recrud as a trusted leader in the recruitment industry through networking, speaking engagements, and industry forums.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with the recruitment and assessment teams to align client needs with Recruds proprietary evaluation framework (CES, IPI, CCF, SAQ, NIV).
  • Innovation & Client Success: Identify and implement innovative approaches to enhance recruitment efficiency, candidate quality, and employer satisfaction.

? Proven track record in business development & client acquisition within the recruitment industry
