Job Opportunity: Senior Product Designer (SaaS & Supply) Kochi

Are you ready to design for impact and make a difference in supply chain systems and SaaS tools We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to create and enhance critical tools, improve workflows, and empower internal teams to achieve operational excellence.

1. Design for Supply Side Systems

• Create user-friendly designs for tools supporting supply chain management, inventory tracking, and order processing.
• Develop intuitive dashboards for quick decision-making.

1. Understand Internal Stakeholder Needs

• Collaborate with teams to gather insights and address pain points.
• Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.

1. Prototyping & Iterative Design
   

• Build wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Iterate based on user feedback and usability testing.

1. User Research & Testing

• Conduct user research and usability testing sessions.
• Validate designs to improve functionality and user experience.

1. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

• Work with product managers and developers to align designs with business and technical requirements.
• Provide detailed specifications and support for seamless implementation.

1. Optimize Existing Tools

• Audit current tools, propose enhancements, and ensure scalability.

• Experience: 36 years in UX design, especially with supply-side systems, SaaS products, or enterprise applications.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience designing for complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces.
• Research skills to gather actionable insights and create intuitive solutions.
• Focus: Efficiency, scalability, and user satisfaction.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to integrate feedback constructively.
